MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accessing or using the Livity app, you agree to our terms of membership and conditions below.

1. GENERAL

The membership terms & conditions applies to all purchases made at livityapp.com. By purchasing, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. SUBSCRIPTION INFO

A subscription is needed to log in to the app and to be able to use the content. All payments made via livityapp.com are handled by Stripe and are bound by Stripe's terms of payment. As a customer of livityapp.com, you get access to our app Livity app and all features the app offers. The app is downloaded free of charge from the AppStore or Google Play. To use the app, the you must have an active subscription with livityapp.com. All customers receive a unique login. Membership and login information are personal and may only be used by the buyer, not transferred to another person.

3. DURATION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION

A membership period starts when the customer makes the purchase and runs until the subscription is terminated by the customer.If a monthly subscription is purchased, it includes one month from the time the membership is started and renewed on the same calendar day each month. If a 3-month subscription is purchased, it includes a 3-month period from the time the membership is started and renewed on the same calendar day every three months. If a 6-month subscription is purchased, it includes a 6-month period from the time the membership is started and renewed on the same calendar day every six months. If a 1-year subscription is purchased, it includes a 1-year period from the time the membership is started and renewed on the same calendar day each year.

4. PAYMENT

Membership purchases is paid in advance with a debit card, via the Stripe payment service. Debit of your debit card takes place directly and then according to the subscription's debiting occasions.

5. MEMBERSHIP AND LOG IN

After completing the purchase, you'll be able to create your personal login to the app. It is the customer's responsibility to complete the account.

6. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

The membership will renew continuously until the customer terminate it as described below. It is the customers responsibility to terminate the membership if they no longer wish to continue the subscription. If the customer does not terminate the membership before the renewal date, they agree that the next period's membership fee will be charged to by the connected debit card. Termination of membership occurs on your profile at livityapp.com.

7. ACCOUNT

All accounts and profiles remain with livityapp.com and in the app and is not automatically terminated with an ended subscription. If you wish to delete your account, you need to inform us by emailing to hello@livityapp.com.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When starting a subscription with livityapp,com, customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of the purchase being approved. The right of withdrawal only applies if your personal account has not been activated and the app has not been used.

9.TECHNICAL ISSUES

The app may be likely to present technical issues that affects the performance of the product. As long as we (the seller) actively try to resolve these technical issues, in a timely manner to ensure the Product's optimum performance for you as our costumer, we're not obliged to provide the customer with a refund.

11. PERSONAL DATA

By accessing or using the Livity app the customer agrees to the storage and usage of their information, this to ensure that we may be able to deliver the product and the membership in the Livity app. The information we collect is not in any public registers and is therefore not visible to other private individuals or companies. We will under no circumstances transfer your personal information to anyone else. GDPR gives you the customer the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting our customer service and notifying us that you no longer give us consent to use your personal information.

12. RIGHTS & OWNERSHIP

All content in the Livity app is owned by Gym & Fitness Sverige AB. The material is protected by the Copyright Act for literary and artistic works (1960: 729). This means that you as a customer may only use the content for private use and not distribute it further.
